You are the eyes of the insurance company and would be key to maximizing both home owner satisfaction.
Excellent training even if you are not familiar with basic home conditions, or diagrams, or field work.
Some cases require a basic diagram of the premises by using a measuring wheel or basic laser measuring device that you input into a basic exterior home sketch program.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues or deviations from home owners insurance company expectations.
You get paid for quick and accurate field surveys of homes in your area.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Valid driver's license.
